FRIO RIVER RESORTS
Frio River Resorts LLC is owned and operated by Gary, Sonja, Brannon and Wendi Hightower. We provide management services to the rapidly increasing vacation home rental market in the Frio Canyon area. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests while operating the properties in an efficient manner that will maximize the return to our property owners.
To assist us in this objective we have experienced personnel overseeing the operations, state of the art website, ever-expanding growth in the total social media platform, and expanded services to owners to reduce expenses and repairs. We also have the latest software in order to provide quick and accurate accountability to our Owners. Consulting services are available to our Owners to keep them aware of valuation, taxation, and trends.
We are working diligently to expand the rental season into the fall and winter months by offering special packages for golfers, hunters, and family reunions (only with property owners permission).
GARY L. HIGHTOWER
Gary has been an active licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1974. His real estate background includes appraising, general contracting, ad valorem tax representation, and loan originating. He has owned, managed, and sold rental properties for 45+ years. Gary operates his brokerage firm out of Concan and has successfully closed nearly ½ billion dollars of multifamily properties since 1990. He and his wife of 50 years, Sonja, have lived full time in Concan for 15 years.
Sonja has been a licensed Texas real estate salesperson since 1976. She currently oversees the reservations and accounting activities for Frio River Resorts. Sonja continuously strives to finds ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency that ultimately benefit our property owners. Additionally, she has been a real asset to the company by providing constructive property condition assessments, interior upgrades, and landscaping recommendations that have made our properties more appealing.
Brannon brings 20+ years high-level IT expertise to Frio River Resorts. Developing and refining our website and working to create our web-based state-of-the-art reservation, accounting, and operating platform, Brannon also oversees our maintenance operations. With a keen eye for property inspection and condition, Brannon works tirelessly to ensure each home is ready to provide an enjoyable vacation experience for every guest.
With over 20 years of commercial and multifamily property and asset management expertise, Wendi, a licensed Texas real estate salesperson, brings a unique array of experience to Frio River Resorts. Wendi oversees guest relations, outreach and digital marketing and community involvement. With a dedicated focus on property assessment and local market condition analysis, Wendi works to assure our portfolio operates at the highest level possible for both our guests and our property owners.
